1. Definition

We: shall mean the organization owning youngmonkeys.org.

User: shall mean a person or an organization who uses, reproduces or distributes products based on EzyPlatform.

EzyPlatform: shall mean all the original and modified source code files and binaries owned by us.

Distribution: shall mean the act of exchanging, buying and selling in any form, including free and paid options.

Derivative products: shall mean the products that are based on (or derived from) EzyPlatform, including our derivative products and users’ derivative products.

End user: shall mean a person or an organization who uses or distributes products based on (or derived from) EzyPlatform or its derivative products.

End Product: shall mean a product, which is based on (or derived from) EzyPlatform and its derivative products, used by end users.

2. Effectiveness

This license is in effect when users use, reproduce or distribute EzyPlatform and its derivative products.

3. Copyright

EzyPlatform is owned by us, and users cannot claim the copyright of EzyPlatform and the derivative products created by us. Users can only claim the copyright of the derivative products created by them. Violations of copyright claims will result in users being required to pay us compensation (see the Compensation section).

4. Distribution

Users may distribute the derivative products created by them in any form. However, users are not allowed to distribute EzyPlatform and the derivative products created by us in any manner or form without our consent. Violations of distribution will result in users being required to pay us compensation (see the Compensation section).

5. Modification

Users may create new or modify derivative products created by them, but they are not allowed to modify EzyPlatform and the derivative products created by us in any form or for any purpose without our consent. Violations of change will result in users being required to pay us compensation (see the Compensation section).

6. Use of trademark

Users cannot use the EzyPlatform trademark in any of their products. Violations of trademark usage will result in users being required to pay us compensation (see the Compensation section).

7. Legal responsibility

We shall not be liable and shall refuse any legal responsibility for any users’ products, as well as for any users’ purposes of using EzyPlatform and any users’ derivative products. In any case, we shall not be responsible and shall refuse any legal responsibility for any error (whether direct, indirect, accidental, or inevitable, etc.) caused by or related to the use of EzyPlatform and its derivative products.

8. Warranty

We do not provide warranties for EzyPlatform and its derivative products. However, we will frequently upgrade them.

9. Personal use

Users may use EzyPlatform and its derivative products created by us for personal purposes, such as developing their own products and providing end products to customers or end users. However, users are not allowed to distribute their products along with EzyPlatform and its derivative products created by us. Violations of personal use will result in users being required to pay us compensation (see the Compensation section).

10. Commercial use

Users can use EzyPlatform and its derivative products created by us for commercial products, but only for personal use, within the user’s organization or to provide end products. However, users are not allowed to distribute their products along with EzyPlatform and its derivative products created by us. Violations of commercial use will result in users being required to pay us compensation (see the Compensation section).

11. Compensation

Violation of any term of this license will result in users being required to compensate us at a minimum of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) US dollars for copyright fees. In addition, the entire revenue from the distribution of EzyPlatform and its derivative products will also be included. The compensation fees are subjected to change through appropriate negotiation or resolution at the time of dispute. If the dispute is settled through litigation, we will resolve it according to the provisions of international laws and the laws of the country where users reside or are registered to do business.
